High efficiency HVAC equipment.

Low flow toilets, waterless urinal and hands free faucets saves in excess of 25,000 gallons of water per year.

On-site recycling program including aluminum, cardboard and paper.

Incorporating all of these state of the art systems into a 100 year old building results in a showcase of old and new side by side.  The building has been designed to LEED certification standards.
